Mixed Fruits Iced, Indonesia
In Indonesia, we have many special desserts, one of our specialities is es campur, or in English we could translate it into mixed iced Generally the iced contains many ingredients inside like grassjelly, young coconut, avocado, and any other ingredients. So last night after the dinner, we tried to search for some dessert to enjoy, then here we were.
The food stall was located in front of the Mutiara lobby.
The name of the food stall was es bang ipul. I tried to explain the meaning in english, es means iced. Bang means brother and ipul was the seller name.
Here was the stall
The menu that they sold were sop buah (fruits soup), es campur (mixed iced), es teler (teler iced), es alpukat (avocado ice), and es kelapa jeruk (orange coconut ice).

06.30 until 11.00 pm.

What we ordered
Mixed iced, but it had many fruits inside so i called it Mixed Fruits Iced.
The flavor was sweet and a bit sour. It contained grassjelly, jelly, kolang kaling, avocado, melon, dragon fruit, jackfruit and also young coconut. It was sweet enough and not too sweet and all the fruits were so fresh, we loved it.
I took a picture when I ate it a half, so you could see some of the ingredients.

The mixed ice. Halo-halo means mixmix because there are sweetened beans, fruits, jelly, leche flan, etc and then shaved ice or crushed ice. It could be topped with a scoop of ice cream and then milk is poured over it.
