Foodie Tasteem#22 - MIÀN DUÌ MIÀN
Hello Steemians, Hello Hong Kong!!
Today is another Chinese New Year edition, except the Chan Kee Roasted Goose we had some noodles and Chinese foods at a fusion, modern noodles restaurant.
The dinner sets are beautifully crafted in my opinions, they have the same style and red circle in the middle. During the Chinese New Year time, it's really matching the atmosphere
Since we're bit rush and hungry when seated, everyone can't wait for me to take photos and started eating, LOL
We ordered couples of foods like the Tossed black fungus with cordycep flower and marinated cucumber, it's a tradtional home-made appetizer. The taste is mixed from a sauce with soy sauce, sweet and appetizing spicy. It's in cold condition. Good for days which hot or in rush.
After that, here is a Dan Dan noodles with knife-sliced style noodles. You can see the marinated minced porks on top and we're mixing them altogether. Typically Dan Dan is coming with rice noodles but this time is a bit different in taste as knife-sliced style noodles forces me to eat them with spicy Sichuan soups. (I'm not a spicy guy)
At the same time, you can see we're having fried rice wtih barbequed porks, shrimp and preserved vegetable. They served it with a beautiful shape of semicircle which also draw our attention. The fried rice isn't that greasy like others, the BBQ porks and shrimps are integated altogether created quite a great taste that I ate 2 or 3 time of the bowl size. Really filling!!
Finlly the wonton with noodles in soup (sorry, missing the photos of noodles, normal rice noodles)is the best part. You can see the wonton skin is like crystal clear and one bite size, and that meet the high standard. They're very juicy and fresh inside. It's very ideal to have it with noodles and just a little soy sauce.
After we nearly finished all the foods, the waiter comes around and talk with us about their featured food of "Mix of sorghum noodle and maize noodle in chicken bouillon", LOL. The greatness of this noodles is the 2 colours mix and the sensation created. It should be introduced earlier so that we can try and share with you all!!

Wow... Each dish was prepared professionally. I'm not a spicy person too but I'd like to try that noodle.
