Foodie Tasteem#42 - Kinzushi

Do you love Japanese foods including sashimi?? Sashimi is about fresh, raw fish sliced into pieces.
This is their name in Japanese words. Ki-n-zu-shi.
Japanese style decorations, all the eye-catching posters stick to the wall with images attached makes you really mouthwatering.
Look into the menu which is extraordinary and once again, Japanese superb style.
One of the very great point to notice is they have English along so no bother for tourists to pick the foods they want.
It takes a while like 30 mins for preparation, and so I took some photos about branded cutlery. I guess they really proud of their brand and so.
TATA!!!. Omakase with minced tuna belly, scallop and alfonsino with rice. The key for sashimi is about the freshness and the slicing skills of the chef.
From my experiences, they're really fresh as you can see from the photos, the slicing of the tuna belly is just right and so, very great presenting.
While I'm waiting, snapped another customer's order. Tuna, urchin, salmon seed with rice
Omakase with minced tuna belly, urchin with rice. Special note for the urchin is they're directly deliever from Hokkaido(Northern Japan). Less salty is the feature and WOW, really fresh, just look at how light brown the color are to justify.
Finally it just costs US$20 for one and it's worthy!!
