The Delicious Chinese Ramen at Zheng Neng Zhu La Mian
Over the weekend, I visited this eating place called The Food Inn that has lots of different food stalls with plenty of seats available.
Since it is a shopping mall so it was great that the place was not too crowded.
I notice a food stall that is visited by a local celebrity and the stall actually advertises this to attract customers.
The food stall is called Zheng Neng Zhu La Mian that means one that can cook very well in Mandarin.
I decided to give it a try.
Menu
We can easily see that the front of the stall is surrounded with many pictures of noodles.
With a large variety of noodles available, it was hard to make a decision.
I finally settled for its dumpling noodles.
Presentation of noodles
The presentation of the noodles was great.
You can see how the dumpling and the seasoning were placed.
Texture of noodles
The noodles were chewy and not overcooked like some places that I went to.
The sauce is a bit sweet but the overall taste is delicious.
Dumpling
The dumpling tasted delicious and healthy since there was a generous amount of vegetable within it which you can see from the picture below.
Overall, the simple plate of Chinese Dumpling Ramen is not only cheap but very tasty.
