Nam Nam's Vietnamese food!

Last night, I had a chance to try "authentic" Vietnamese food at Nam Nam Noodle bar. They're a Singapore based restaurant but they sure made their own research on how to make a delicious Vietnamese cuisine meal.

For this dinner, I ordered for the Pho Chicken & the Crispy Fried Prawn & Pork Rolls.

This is probably my 5th time to have a Vietnamese noodle dish but it's my first time to this place. After last night, I can confidently say that I found the best here in Singapore that I know of.

For the Pho Chicken, I selected the plain rice noodles to with the soup and the chicken meat. In that way, I can enjoy the soup without any other flavours that might afeect it. They have plenty other options, but I forgot. Anyway, the soup is the "killer" for this dish. The chicken didn't have much since it was sliced to smaller pieces. The soup itself provide all the flavours and great taste that I wish for a bowl of soup

Another dish that is truly Vietnamese are the Crispy Rolls. Among all rolls that I had before, this is my best as of this moment. I like that it's freshly cooked. The ingredients also taste fresh. But the best thing of all is the "sweet-chilli sauce"! I must say, Vietnamese cuisine has the best tasting sauce in Southeast Asia. There is enough spice into it that fits my preference.

Both dishes get along really well, Pho Chicken is soothing and light while the Crispy Rolls is flavoursome and really filling.

For me, it's the best Vietnamese food!
