伝統的な熊本ラーメン「黒亭」
今回福岡と熊本に行ってきてたくさんおいしいものを食べてきましたので、熊本で食した中のオススメの一つをご紹介したいと思います。
熊本と言えばたくさんのご当地グルメがありますが、熊本ラーメンは外せないですよね。
今回は創業60年で昔ながらの熊本ラーメンを提供している「黒亭」の下通店に行ってきました。
熊本ラーメンといえば必ず黒亭が名前にあがるほどの名店らしいです。
下通店は、繁華街の通りに面したビルの地下にあり、店内はカフェのようなすごくオシャレな造りになっていました。

熊本ラーメンは長浜ラーメン同様に豚骨をベースにしていますが、麺が太くなっていて、焦がしニンニクやニンニクを揚げた油のマー油が入っていることが特徴になります。

黒亭セットを注文
卵はゆで卵と生卵を選べますが、生卵でお願いしました。
お味は、スープは濃厚だけど後味があっさりしていてごくごくと飲めてしまいます。麺も中太麺でスープの味を引き立てています。生卵をレンゲの中で割って絡ませるといい感じにまろやかな味に仕上がります。途中でスープにニンニク油を投入し味変を楽しんでいきます。
ラーメンにニンニクを使用しているため、餃子にはニンニクを使用していないそうで、こちらもさくさくいただいていきます。
豚そぼろ丼は甘めなタレと福神漬けがいいアクセントになり、あっという間に完食してしまいました。
熊本に行くことがあればぜひ立ち寄っていただきたいオススメのラーメンです！
