ミシュランの星を取得したこともあるイタリアンレストラン
昨日クリスマスプレゼントの投稿をしましたが、クリスマスが終わってすぐの年末に今回ご紹介するレストランに食事に行きました。（クリスマスプレゼントの投稿は関係なし）
その名も「アルジェントASAMI」。
こちらは昨年まで「アルジェントASO」という名称でしたがチーフシェフが浅見さんに交代されて名称もそれに伴い変更されました。
最近ホテル事業にも力を入れている、フレンチで有名なひらまつグループの一角となります。
今回は、知り合いのスタッフが異動されるということで、ご招待いただきまして料理に舌鼓をうちました。
銀座のマロニエゲートの裏のバーバリーがあるビル「ZOE銀座」のエレベーターで9階まで上がり、廊下を渡るとウェイティングルームがあります。そこだけでもおしゃれなバーと見まごうほどの素敵な空間が広がっています。
少し待ってからレストランフロアで階段を下りて席に案内されます。

料理とドリンクは完全にお任せで用意いただきましたが、この時だけのためにメニューまで作成されていました。

乾杯はドンペリのビンテージから。開けてから少し時間が経っているボトルですがきれいな泡です。

飾りかと思ったら実の部分がトマトでした（笑）
すごく甘くて今までに食べたことがないトマトでした。
パンですが、右上のカップに入っているのがバターで生クリームみたいになっており、濃厚でたまりません。
メニューの通り、フォアグラソテー
黒トリュフのタリオーニ（パスタ）
パスタがないと思ったら泡の中に沈んでいました（笑）。
メニューにはないですが、卵好きな友人のために特別に特製カルボナーラも作っていただきました。
フカヒレのアクアパッツァ
牛ロース肉のロースト
牛ロース肉のローストに使用されている、特別な製法で作られている、勝沼のワイナリーで生まれたバルサミコ酢
年間1,000本だけ造られていて、年と製造ナンバーはAsaya Vinegarの社長の手書きであるそうです。
スプーンで一口いただきましたが、これだけで飲めてしまうすごくまろやかなバルサミコ酢です。
最後にお口直しのシャーベットとデザートのリンゴアイス、ケーキ、そしてマカロンなどの小菓子です。
どれも見た目にも楽しく口に運んでもうれしいさすがのお仕事です。
また財布の余裕があればいってみたいです。というかデートでこういうレストランを一度使ってみたいものです。
