すすきののコスパ良しな海鮮居酒屋
毎回スノーボード旅行ですすきのに宿泊するときに行っているコスパのいい居酒屋「開陽亭」のご紹介です。
開陽亭はすすきのを中心に複数店舗展開されている、海鮮を中心とした北海道素材料理が安くておいしい居酒屋です。
本店に行きましたが、こちらのビルの地下にあります。
中身も普通の居酒屋ですね。
本日（1/13）のおすすめメニューにも海鮮中心にずらりと並んでいます。
お通しの松前漬けとさんまの切り身。
お通しがおいしいと他の料理の期待感もアップですね。
カニ味噌が濃厚です
じゃがバターもじゃがいものうまみを感じることができて、おかわりの注文もでました(笑)
刺身盛り合わせもウニやらホタテやらかなりの迫力です
しまほっけ焼きも脂がのっていてうまい！
富良野産ワインラムの蒸し焼き
ワインラムという響きに惹かれて注文してしまいます。
他にもカニクリームコロッケを食べましたがなぜか写真に残っておらず。
かなり大きめで食べ応えのあるカニクリームコロッケでした。
一人あたり4,000円もいかず、北海道食材を堪能できるおすすめの居酒屋です。
