Street Food-Moghlai Parota

In the morning or in the evening we have a variety of local foods, we are accustomed to these common indigenous foods. However, the popularity of different types of local food is noticed in different countries. Today, I am sharing with you another local Bangladeshi food.

Moghlai Parota is one of the most popular dishes in our old Dhaka. This is another delicious mogul meal like kachchi biryani. Especially for the evening tiffin, Moghlai Parota is a favorite of everyone.

So whenever I get a chance to go to Chowk Bazaar in Old Dhaka to take in local popular dishes. There is plenty of jam around though. But I still love the scenery and the presence of lots of people, and their noise is a lot of fun at times. Not just for me, but for many the old Dhaka Local dishes are popular.

The Moghlai Parota is specially fried in a combination of flour, eggs, onions, raw peppers and other spices. The taste of hot Moghlai Parota will really give you a different taste. It is also very cheap in terms of price.

It is a very favorite item for me and my son for breakfast. It is especially for the holidays we travel together, visiting the scenery and tasting local food.
