turmeric fried squid
I so far only show chinese restaurant seafood dish . I decide to show some seafood cook by malay restaurant.
So i decide to visit Cafe Cacamerba to order their " sotong goreng kunyit " . In english it would mean
turmeric fried squid.
The dish cost RM6.50 . I t come without rice. So i order 1 plate of rice and a cup of plain water. In total , it cost me RM8.50.
Here is how it look like when it come.
The squid is well cook , it have taste slightly salty and have strong tumeric taste. Only the squid is salty , the vegetable taste normal .

Originally i wanted to try this dish cooking in a big wok, I decide to do it another time.
The shop open from 10 am to 12 midnight every day.
