가정집에서 만든것 같은 정겨운 느낌의 갈치조림
덕승호에서 잡은 활어만 취급하는 덕승식당 입니다.
비주얼은 꼭 가정집에서 만든 것 같은 정겨운 느낌. 갈치가 정말 탱글탱글, 통통합니다. 밑에는 얇게 썰려진 무도 있고요. 무도 양념이 잘 베어 있어서 맛있게 먹었어요. 내용물이라고는 무와 고추, 대파가 전부인데도 정말 맛깔스럽더라고요.
고춧가루가 진득하게 묻어 있어서 처음엔 많이 매울줄 알았는데 아니었어요.갈치가 비린내나 잡내가 전혀 없어요. 속살이 탱글탱글 촉촉해서 정말 맛있게 먹었어요. 부드러워서 아이들한테 살을 발라줘도 정말 잘 먹을 것 같았습니다. 양념도 달지 않고 적당히 칼칼해서 밥에 슥슥 비벼 먹으면 꿀맛!!
