Undeniably, this is one of the best Pisang Goreng, fried banana in the town. When I am back to my hometown, I will always come here for a visit to buy their fried banana. The queue is real whereby you will need to wait for like 2 to 3 cycle (around 10 minutes per cycle) to get your golden crispy banana. As far as I was standing there and waiting for my turn, I calculated their customers and time used to serve. In every 10 minutes, they sold for around 10 customers with RM5 minimum spending. They opened from 1pm to 6pm which is around 5 hours. Assuming every 15 minutes they sold off the fried banana and refilled new ones, with RM50 for every 15 minutes, there will be RM1,000 sales in just 5 hours. It is a very good number to me.

Their team is a family and they worked well together to deliver the fresh and nice fried banana to the customers. They also served Ubi (potato) and Cempedak (Jackfruit) too but the most frequent fried one is the banana. Anyway, if you are around Penang and near to Air Itam, you can drop by to buy.

There's even delivery for the goreng pisang!
