Ah Yat Seafood Restaurant, Chinese Restaurant, Dim Sum
One of the best Chinese Restaurant and dim sum place in Bali located in Badung Regency. As per its name the restaurant which is one of the franchise from Singapore is Specializing in its ABALONE menu.
Saying ABALONE, the first thing that comes to our mind is its very expensive price. Ah Yat Abalone provides various types of Abalone from the price range Rp 300.000, - s / d Rp 15 million, depending on the type of Abalone that we ordered, there are from Australia, New Zealand, Singapore, or Hong Kong.
But for culinary lovers, do not worry because this restaurant also provides a menu of Chinese Food and Dim sum with a more affordable price.
In my opinion, his DIM SUM menu is very recommended compared to other dim sum restaurants such as Crystal Jade Palace or May Star. Her food is very fresh and yummy! The onde-onde that contains the red beans was crisp as well as the shrimp lumpia his tofu skin.
For the dumplings, Hakaw, as well as his steam dumpling abalone feels soft, just a little part of the abalone is in his dumplings, the rest of it contains with minced meat and vegetables. One thing I like about her xiao long bao, the secret sauce contained in her xiao long bao is quite a lot and makes her addictive to the last bite and suck.
Since we are still not satisfied with his dimsum menu, we ordered additional main menu namely Peking Duck, Kailan vegetables, and So Hun Fried Seafood.
For his duck peking menu, his duck skin that has been served with the skin of dumplings is very crisp, in it is included pieces of spring onion, cucumber, and his Barbeque sauce is very sweet. For its meat cooked with soy sauce, ginger, and onions.
Vegetable kailan is quite crisp and cooked carefully, while for the menu So Hun Goreng, seafood topping it enough is a lot of meat and pieces of fish Fillet, squid, shrimp fiber is very fresh and large.
Overall I am very satisfied with the menu served and for me its dim sum menu is better compared to other places. Indeed his place is not so big but his room is filled with fiber round table there are 4 special rooms for those who want to hold private gathering.
