Hello Steemians, Happy weekend to you all and I want to ask, how was your week days? hope not too boring and stressful? because mine was mixture of both. I mean not boring but stressful until yesterday I was going up and down searching for a particular seed to plant before rain fades away, but I'm yet to see the seed. Today, I'm going to share with you briefly my best breakfast for within the period of two days, I went out with my in-law yesterday morning to have a family brief gathering together because as a family, it is really great to see eachother once or twice a week, so that what we did together. we have the whole family here although not everyone was present but we have @kayda-ventures @ayopeju @matthewtonyit my wife's mom. we went to had our breakfast at Iya Hadiza Food Cateen . The food Cateen is located very close to CBN Bank, around Post Office, Ilorin. Kwara state. Nigeria.
we had an African healthy food breakfast, which was Swallow food I mean I took Pounded Yam with Egusi vegetable soup with catfish, others took Semo with mix soup with Catfish.

wow. I tell you this, it is good to have a taste in some African healthy food. You will never remain thesame again. great lifestyle.
If you want me to go further to explain how some few African food are been made or cooked I can volunteer for that. ask questions and make your request.

The bottom-line is that it is great to visit A well healthy African food restaurant or Cateen. The reason been that there are some diet, meals, food that you can never prepare at home but you can easily assess it out there. Here is my best breakfast.
