Magnificent Waterfall Restaurant: The Filipino Taste
Usually, the waterfall is a place to swim or play with water. But what in the Philippines is different. The waterfall there is instead used as the location of a restaurant. You can also eat while wet.
On my trip to the Philippines, I visited this place, once again because of recommendations and invitations from friends.
Is Villa Escurado, a resort in San Pablo, Philippines.
That makes the waterfall location of the restaurant. Taking the theme together with nature, almost all parts of the resort are naturally nuanced, ranging from green trees to lakes with very clear water.
However, of all the attractions, one of the most interesting visitors is the restaurant. Yes, the waterfall that rains in the restaurant is the strongest magnet in attracting visitors.
Labasin waterfall, that's the name of the waterfall that is used as the location of the restaurant in Villa Escurado. Don't imagine the mini-sized waterfall here is like a mini pool that is common in other homes or restaurants.
What you can see in this restaurant is different. The waterfall in question is a real waterfall, fast and strong. No doubt, the sound of gurgling water becomes your main backsound.
Because it is located in a waterfall, the restaurant floor is flooded with water from the waterfall. So, be prepared to get wet before lunch here.
On tables and chairs made of bamboo, various delicious dishes such as seafood are presented nicely.
No need to be afraid of getting wet by splashing waterfalls. Even though it's right in front of the waterfall, you and the food are guaranteed to be dry.
Apparently, the Labasin waterfall is not a natural waterfall, aka an artificial waterfall. This waterfall comes from Labasin Dam. The results of the water flow form a large lake that becomes a tourist attraction in Villa Escurado and flows into a waterfall.
