Ravioli Wang - Handmade Dumplings

[ENG]I am a great lover of Italian food, because I think that it is one of the greatest in the world. However at the same time in my opinion all the people should know and taste different dishes from their tradition.
In this way I usually really enjoy eating food from all over the world and during my travels in other countries I understood that foreign restaurants often do not offer their traditional dishes here, but what local people wants to eat.
I think that Asian resturants should be know better here in Europe!
So I have decided to visit only Chinese, Vietnamese and Japanese restaurants where I can eat traditional dishes and where I can taste their food: something that I could find in Beijing, Hanoi and Tokyo.

[ITA] Sono un grande amante del cibo italiano, perché credo che siano uno dei migliori al mondo. Comunque allo stesso tempo secondo me tutte le persone dovrebbero conoscere e provare piatti diversi dalla loro tradizione.
Da questo punto di vista sono solito impressionarmi positivamente mangiando cibo da tutto il mondo e durante i miei viaggi in altri Paesi ho capito che i ristoranti stranieri non offrono i loro piatti tradizionali qui, ma ciò che le persone locali vogliono mangiare.
Credo che i ristoranti asiatici dovrebbero essere conosciuti meglio qui in Europa!
Ho quindi deciso di visitare solo ristoranti cinesi, vietnamesi e giapponesi dove potessi mangiare piatti tradizionali e dove poter assaporare il loro cibo: qualcosa che potrei trovare a Pechino, ad Hanoi o a Tokyo.

[ENG] Some months ago a new Chinese restaurant opened in the downtown of my city: its name is Ravioli Wang. I and my girlfriend would like to understand what kind of food we could find there and I want to be honest: this place is awesome and I really liked it.
So we usually come back there to taste new dishes and to eat our favorite food, the dumplings!

[ITA] Alcuni mesi fa un nuovo ristorante cinese ha aperto nella parte vecchia della mia città: il suo nome è Ravioli Wang. La mia fidanzata ed io avremmo voluto capire che tipo di cibo avremmo potuto trovare lì e voglio essere onesto: il loro locale è grandioso e mi piacque veramente .
Così noi ci torniamo spesso per assaporare i loro nuovi piatti e per mangiare il nostro cibo preferito, i ravioli!

[ENG] Of course dumplings are the main dishes in Ravioli Wang: there is a place in the restaurant where all the clients can see the chef who cooks all of them, because they are all handmade. Something of awesome!
There is the possibility to cook them in three different ways: first one is grilled, second one is steamed and the third option is in the soup.
I usually prefer the first option, because I really like the crispy side, but it can depends on the type of dumplings.
However the MENU has a lot of dishes and we usually spend a lot of time there, because we are sure that we like some of them but we would like to taste something of new.

[ITA] Ovviamente i ravioli sono il piatto principale a Ravioli Wang: c'è un luogo nel ristorante dove tutti i clienti possono vedere la cuoca che li cucina, dato che questi sono fatti tutti a mano. Qualcosa di grandioso!
C'è la possibilitò di cucinarli in tre differenti maniere: la prima è grigliati, la seconda è al vapore e la terza opzione è in brodo.
Solitamente preferisco la prima soluzione, perché mi piace molto il lato croccante, ma dipende anche dal tipo di raviolo. Comunque il MENU ha molti piatti e solitamente trascorriamo diverso tempo li, perché siamo sicuri che ci piacciono alcuni piatti, ma vorremmo anche assaggiare qualcosa di nuovo.

[ENG] Some days we went to Ravioli Wang and we decided to order two dishes that we usually like to eat: Rice Spaghetti and Rice Gnocchi with vegetables. Both are amazing and we love them!

[ITA] Alcuni giorni fa siamo andati a Ravioli Wang ed abbiamo deciso di ordinare due piatti che spesso ci piace mangiare: gli Spaghetti di Riso ed gli Gnocchi di Riso con verdure. Entrambi sono spettacolari e li amiamo!

[ENG] Later we wanted to try something of new, so we ordered a dish of Udon with broth, an half egg and pork. That was a little bit spicy, but I enjoyed that meal. Very good!

[ITA] Più tardi abbiamo anche voluto provare qualcosa di nuovo, così abbiamo ordinato un piatto di Udon con brodo, mezzo uovo e del maiale. Era un po' piccante, ma mi piacque molto. Molto buono!

[ENG] All the tables are surrounded by a magic area that is this restaurant: there is a free spicy sauce for everybody and soia sauce too.

[ITA] Tutti i tavoli sono immersi in una magica area che è il risotrante: c'è una salsa piccante gratuita per tutti ed anche della salsa di soia.

[ENG ] At the end I want to suggest you this place and if you are visiting Siena, why do not you go to Ravioli Wang to taste their dumplings and a lot of different Chinese dishes? Take note and go there!

[ITA] Alla fine voglio suggerirvi questo luogo e se state visitando Siena, perché nono andate a Ravioli Wang per assaggiare i loro ravioli e molti altri differenti piatti cinesi? Prendete nota ed andateci!
