"Burger 🍔 Enak" Street Food at Lhokseumawe City
Hours show 08.00 A.M GMT +7, today I am in the city of Lhokseumawe. I turned the road to find a breakfast tonight. From the intersection of four intersections, the direction of the Merdeka Barat street I am heading towards Suka Ramai street.
On the streets of Suka Ramai there are various street foods available, almost along the way stand by merchant carts in a row. This is a place that is often hunted by street food lovers.
This time I want to enjoy Burger 🍔. Along this road you are very easy to find Burger. Food taken from one city in Italy, Hamburg has indeed become the most excellent snack/breakfast in here.
The burger seems to be a very famous world food. We can find burgers in almost all major cities.
My eyes were fixed on one of the carts that read "Burger Enak". This "Burger Enak" cart sells a menu of Samarinda burgers, toast and cakes. I chose to order burger, the most popular food here.
I have to queue to be able to enjoy the delicious Burger. It seems that the cart is always crowded by buyers.
In general, the burgers look like ordinary burgers. A blend of bread, patties, eggs, vegetables, and sauces is an attraction to be enjoyed.
Before serving, the burgers are heated on an iron pan with a circle. First, the eggs are cooked first using butter. Then turn the patty and bread to heat.
While vegetables consisting of tomatoes, mustard leaves, onions, lettuce do not need to be heated. The contents in it are even more appetizing because it's covered in a melting sauce. There are two variants of sauce available, namely tomato sauce and hot sauce.
Burgers that are ready to be served are wrapped using tissue. Wipes are very useful for absorbing oil. This is very important for those of you who can't eat too much oily food.
I use spicy sauce. Bread that gently blends sauce and patty when eaten. It feels very good and permeated.
Besides being ordered to take home, you can also eat it directly in this place. I myself ordered two servings, one was eaten on the spot, and one was taken home.
The owner provides 4 chairs and 1 table. So, you can also eat here while enjoying the nighttime conditions in this city with the title of Metro Dollar City.
The price of one burger portion is 9,000 IDR / $0,64 USD.
This place is opened from 04.00 PM GMT + 7 until late at night.
If you visit Lhokseumawe City, you can try to enjoy this "Burger Enak". It is located on the left side of the road which is crowded towards the Merdeka Timur street or right in front of the Winton Hotel Lhokseumawe.

Right, the package is wrapped using tissue. One portion is wrapped using white tissue and another portion is wrapped using red tissue. The red one is the burger I brought home, it's packed in a box and wrapped in red tissue. I ordered two servings. Whereas the white tissue is ordered to eat at that place. I have said on the blog that I ordered two servings.
