Ive never eaten in one of those restaurants, but it looks great. I do dearly love kimchi, haha, I even make it myself! I bet the food was as fantastic as it looks! :D
Kimchi is great, and it's supposed to be good for you too! I really should learn how to make these pickled things!
It really is! Between the fermented good bacteria, and the hot peppers and veggies, it really is a healthy thing! I love it, but my hubby thinks its gross, haha! That's fine, more for me!
