Browns restaurant in Liverpool
During this University trip, I have ate well with the University providing three course meals at every meal. Last night in Liverpool, the University reserved dinner at Browns Restaurant in the Liverpool One area. This is what I had:
STARTERS:
Prawn Cocktail with baby gem salad
MAINS:
Seabass with Mussels risotto
DESSERT:
Salted Caramel Profiteroles
Definitely gaining a few pounds during this trip and that's being optimistic.

I'm having the same problem in KL. The food is not Thai food and they eat all day long here. I was told the meals are:
Breakfast, Brunch, Lunch, Tea, Dinner, Supper, Midnight Snack.
I am currently feasting constantly but so far my clothes still fit :)
You know all too well about dieting and eating properly, so watch out for constant snacking 😉
