Taiwan Cheese Tea With LOVE

Whats Up Tasteem, I AM BACK !!! Haha, its been a while since my last tasteem post, i had to blame it on my work and realistically had to double my effort in the real world to put food on the table.

So, here i am on my First post of Tasteem in 2019. Kota Kinabalu city has always been a upcoming and trendy city to look at in South East Asia. With that said, many cafes and new brands of tea has been created and emmerge into the market.

One of them is "Idrink". Taiwan is country of many inventions of Tea, i was told that every single month, there is a new tea shop cafe open in every corner of Taiwan.

The trend has become a hype for the younger generation. Thou we still have Starbucks and Coffee Bean, these Taiwan based Tea hype targets mostly for the "Millenials" (if you know what i mean), no prejudice but it is a fact and thier target audience in Taiwan.

Same goes to here, they arrived in Kota Kinabalu and created a Buzz and make promo in Instagram and Facebook.

Idrink is one of Newly Hype Tea Drinks in Sabah. making them one of the many to choose from for folks like us.

They have indoor and outdoor table too. Good for those people who smoke and vape.

Their counter is simple and straight to the point. Clean and very easy ordering method. Friendly staff too. Staff easily converse in Mandarin, Local Dialects and also English.

It was a visit with my Love @gelfire. We just ate our dinner actually at a nearby restaurant and decided to have a desert in this cafe. We paid RM13.90 (USD3.50) for 1 drink as i was quite stuffed and full from my dinner.

We ordered a Tea Pearl with Cheese Topping spread with Oreo Chips. It was really amazing taste, very tasty to drink. Most importantly it was not sweet, just nive on my pallet.

The pearl however is sweet, because they mix with Brown Sugar prior putting into the cup.

The table and chairs and interior looks very inviting and very charming modern too. Perfect to attract younger generation taste of comfort and trend.

Nice Deco and suitable relax chairs. (I tried sitting on the chair-to be honest :) . The lights are warm inviting and not hot, coll air condition and sound also very mild from other tables.

They open EVERYDAY from 11:00 am to 11:00pm

It was early for young people to hang out, it was mostly mature adults like myself who sleep early for this kind of drinks.

Then starts the crowd coming in.
