Sichuan bean sauce

Due to its topographic features, the cuisine in Sichuan is often spicy, most notably the Sichuan Bean Sauce. This dish is very casual and simple to prepare. Ingredients are just tofu, wood ear, mushroom, minced meat, fried green onion and spicy chili. The pungent taste of chili blends into the fatiness of the beans, the aroma of the onion has a strong attraction, making it a special place in the list of famous Chinese dishes.
