[TASTEEEM] JEAN BOULANGERIE IN SEOUL

I've made a Korean Tasteem post a while back and for this post, I wanted to the share this with the rest of the world.

First of all, this costs only 4,000 won, which is under $4! It's so big that even four people can eat it and would be quite full. This bread is called "Mammoth Bread Junior". The original Mammoth Bread is much bigger and costs 6,000 won. However, this is very popular and it's always sold out whenever I come here. I will wait in line the next time and try to buy the original one.

The top layer is called "Soboro". It's sweet and very crumbly! It has many other ingredients in the middle layer. Each layer has their own role and if any of the layers were missing it would be a shame. The bread is quite sweet so it would go well with a cup of ice coffee.

There are many types of bread in this bakery and they all taste good! I don't usually like getting in lines and wait, but when in here it's worth it! I didn't take a picture, but this bakery is also famous for Sweet Red Bean Bread. Next time, I will buy one and post again!
