Let us discuss a method of teaching.

METHOD:

                     "A method is a general process of creating interaction b/w subject matter and the students".

According to Anthony:"Method is an overall plan for the orderly presentation of language material ,no part of which is contradict and all of which based upon selected approach".

The term method include the selection and grading of content to be taught.

According to W.F.Mackey:"A method when and how much is taught ,hence meaning and form are conveyed and what is done and what is done to make use of the language."

CHARACTERISTICS    ( خصوصیات)

1. Teaching are directly linked with teaching objectives.
2. Each teaching method determines the the direction and speed of teaching.
3. The main spirit of teaching method is "how" works.
4. Teaching method emphasis on proper and systematic planning of content.
5. So we can say that:

i) A method is a planned effort 

ii) It has an established sequence

iii) It also  an established relationship among different part of teaching.

iv) It as away of inducing interaction b/w the subject matter and the student.

TYPES OF METHOD:

i) Telling method, such as lecturing,questioning.

ii) Doing method,such as project method.

iii) Showing method, such as Demonstration,observation.

طریقہ تدریس کا خلاصہ:

طریقہ تدریس سکول کی طرف سے پیش کئے گے مضمون اور طلباء میں رابطہ پیدا کرنے میں مدد دیتا ہے۔

خصوصیات:

1) طریقہ تدریس کا براہ راست تعلق مقاصد تدریس سے ہوتا ہے۔

2) طریقہ تدریس ،تدریس کی رفتار اور سمت کا تعین کرتا ہے۔

3) طریقہ تدریس کی مرکزی روح "کیا کرنا" ہے۔

4)  طریقہ تدریس ،تدریسی مواد کی با قا عدہ اور مناسب منصوبہ بندی کی تاکید کرتا ہے۔

5) ہم کہ سکتے ہیں کہ طریقہ:

1۔ایک منظم کوشش ہے۔                 2۔ یہ ایک ترکیب قائم رکھتا ہے ۔        

3۔  تدریس کے مختلف مراحل کے درمیان تعلق قائم کرتا ہے۔                4۔طالبعلم اور تدریسی مواد کے درمیان رابطہ قائم کرتا ہے۔

طریقوں کی اقسام:

1)  بولنے وال طریقہ جیسے تقریری اور سوال و جواب کا طریقہ

2) کرنے والا طریقہ جیسے پراجیکٹ( منصوبہ بندی)

3) دکھانے والا طریقہ جیسے مظاہراتی اور مشاہداتی طریقہ۔
