Have you tried using resin with glow in the dark pigments? I reckon it'd look mad where the crack is.

Yup the filler is Epoxy resin, and it is actually glow in the dark ;)
A bit hard to photograph though one though.
Ahhh...! Nice! I've always had problems taking photos of glow in the dark stuff, the camera cant ever capture it glowing properly.
I suppose your next timber/resin project is a table? Ive seen those and wanted to try out my resin skills on it. That's if I have fingers left from working with the timber.
