Hello wello steemians!!

I just straightly to the point that it might not all the situation is same but it make sense. Being in a band is much more harder than what are you think because we need take care all of their feelings rather than take care only one your girlfriend, maybe some of us in a band just like zombies and some of them literally dont give a shit.

It's like a music we need dynamic, we need a chorus and verse and of course a solo guitar and also drum roll! Same goes into our relationship in a band, sometimes there will be upside down and sometimes just straight forward never been going to deep inside to understanding each other. Play a band is not only to play one song but it is from another song to another, like create a scene part one,two and three and the last climax ended with glorious or maybe other side of it.

Okay based on what i know for most important thing is understanding our purpose what are we want to achieve, a band should have target for future earning and thats why i just directly talk to them share my bunch of ideas and mostly of it was positively filtered to choose which is the best and at the same time have fun for it!

Treat your bandmate as a part of your lifeline and should be practice together! It shows how chemically our chemistry bond together. Never let down your bandmate because that only you will lose some respect.

Tell them a truth how are they in a band, if they sucks... dont bash directly but meet them pesonally, its up to them if they realize on your effort then they should thank to you later.

CONCLUSION

As a part in a band we need treat our bandmate like a family at the same time you need to discuss them being in a band it should be need a target or what your band wanna achieve at. Be a good example to your bandmate then it shows our mentality understanding not all the things are come easily, we need to realize that if we prefered to be controlled then it shows that was a complementary partner.

APPRECIATION

In this world words appreciation is one of a kind that people cannot buy. Appreciate them and respect their decision whatever they do as long as you and your bandmate can keep harmony in a band, once your band achieve it then trust me your band will be endless and unstopable.

By the way it is based on how we motivate ourselves in real life and my band not only a band, our friendship is since from high school 10 years ago until today we still stick not as a classmate again, but as a bandmate.
