Yes. I saw that too as it took me 8000points to exchange with 0.304 upvote. Whereas some "early adopters" managed to squeeze with much less points. Can you do it in a way like fixed XXX amount of point exchange with 10% of voting weight? Seriously this is a trade off. With 100% voting weight, you can quickly dispose off your users accumulated points, but it also drain off your power quickly. As a result, your future "customer" may wanna keep their points a little longer HOPING your vote value to go up, which will never happen, because there's another bunch of front liner who is taking any deal at anytime.

Whereas, with a smaller voting weight, you can accommodate more redemption as well as continue the redeem activity over the long run.
