100 Degrees for Musician | Community Workshop for the Musicians on the Blockchain

Tracking back a few months to December 22nd 2017, I attended the 1st workshop by @djlethalskillz and @bitrocker2020 alongside @maverickfoo which was entirely about the effort to introduce @steemit and @musicoin to musicians thriving to make it. The objective was to help as much individuals and musicians they can to explore the world of blockchain and what it can provide to you as musicians, primarily. It was then that I decided to take this seriously and took a deeper dive into learning up Steemit and Musicoin and everything that followed along with it. Even as an audio engineer, I could make this platform a great place to display my profession.

Yet again, the journey continued, this time, with a fellow friend @synchrfz.fhe. This 2nd workshop was another step towards further learning about new initiatives and networking within the Steemit community and also to spread the platform to more musicians/creative content creators. The whole workshop was revolved around:

• Introducing Steemit as a social media platform for those who haven't got into it yet and #teammalaysia, the amazing Malaysian Steemit community initiative.
• Musicoin, the blockchain-based music streaming platform that pays per stream. (Mind blowing opportunity for musicians to earn actually! Dig this! And Congrats to @djlethalskillz on becoming the Ambassador of @musicoin!)
• Introduction to #steem-music, a fresh effort towards gathering musicians to a better future within the Steemit platform.
• Introduction to #hiphoptheblockchain, that spreads knowledge more than just about Hip Hop but an initiative, effort and movement to help our community in whichever way that's possible with the power of blockchain and Hip Hop. (Make sure to sign up to Hip Hop the Blockchain Here!)
• Overall, making positive and quality network with those who attended the workshop to make the community a bigger and better place for everyone in it to make a difference for one another together.

It was another successful workshop with more people (around 20+/-) attended which was great to see, the interest shown to know more about all the initiatives being taken within the Steemit platform and also in the blockchain world to help musicians is beyond explanation. The growth of opportunities for musicians in the blockchain is extremely revolutionizing to witness!

With all that said, my heartiest thank you and huge appreciation to @djlethalskillz and @vandigital for introducing me to Steemit, Musicoin and the continuous support. @bitrocker2020 for the tremendous effort and ever so wonderful support from #teammalaysia!
