Oohh my, this is the definition of exotic foods.. As an East african, this cuisine is miles diferent from what am used too that i cant imagine how any of it would taste even if i close my eyes..but it looks GOOD, all of it.. And mouth watering.
I would love to learn more about your local cuisine! :-) I'm dreaming on venturing to Africa one day soon!
