Engine stalls after wide open throttle with air-cond on, IAC Valve problem

So as I was giving my car a wide throttle (whacking) out of sudden a car cuts my lane without signaling, really annoyed on how typical malaysian drivers who do not use their signals...

I step in the clutch with my left foot and brake with my right foot, the gear goes free and should idle but instead it dies to 0 with my car rolling dead. For those who don't know, once I let go of the clutch the car will come back to life as the car was still moving even though the engine has stalled.

It's actually quite dangerous because once the engine stalls all your alternators and pumps will not work especially the brakes. Even though I'm stepping on it, if I let it go and step it again it won't brake as effective as the engine is running. So I quickly went for a quick solution.

Seems like it's the Idle Air Control Valve is dirty...

Can see there's a little dirt, maybe not that clear from picture. But very obvious with naked eye

Wiped and cleaned with air gun

Now it goes much better, but still giving 'middle finger' to those drivers who do not use their signals when turning.
