No Monday Blues
Hello everyone, how was your day? So the adventure doesnt stop, done hiking at Aura Montoria on Sunday and continue with water rafting on Monday. We choose to go to Riverbug Kiulu water rafting.
We paid Rm60 each person and this was my first time trying rafting.Recommended things to bring included : sandal with strap/sport shoes, short and T-shirt (not white colour), swimwear, insect repellent, sun-block lotion, change of clothes, towel and hat.
Arrive at starting point. Safety Briefing be given by Riverbug’s professional river guide and signing of Liability Release form.
After that, we get ready wearing our rafting gear such as helmet, paddle and life jacket. He demonstrates some rafting techniques and proper handling of the rafting gear.
Kiulu River is a great river for beginners. The rapids are between grades 1 to grade 2. The journey will take about 1 ½ - 2 hours of rafting before reaching the ending point where delicious lunch prepared just by the riverbank. Photographer service is available and you may purchase video or photos right after the tour.
I really enjoy my white water rafting experience with Riverbug. Their guide so friendly and very helpful too. Next time will add Pedas Rafting in my bucket list. Thanks for reading.
