its been oficial. we have a small team behind promoting steemit.. the influx of new pinoy members are results of their efforts to bring steemit to pinoys... check out my succeeding posts. join our fb group and discord chat group so we could support you beter. steemwars is basically team challenges where in participants are grouped according to country.
