Just like the water shortages brought cape townians together and we overcame it, I have every confidence we will make a plan. Where some see adversity others see opportunity
There is always a silver lining, too many spend time delving into the negative, many different things have led to this event.
Time to correct, move forward creating opportunities, a smile is easier than a frown.
