Be refined by the fire

Today be refined. Focus on the process, where are you, where do you need to go and ask the Lord to reveal the steps you need to take to get there. Though you maybe walking through fire, think of the smelting process gold goes through, as it is only upon the completion of that step that it is then separated from impurities to reveal a pure and radiant form.

In your life, remember that God is with you in every situation and every trial. Ask Him what He is accomplishing through your current circumstances. Have faith in Him. He is refining, perfecting, and preparing you for greater things to come.

Walk close through your troubles,
And closer through your gains.
Be thankful for every trial, awaiting the pleasure through the pain.

Acknowledge wisdom gained,
Move forward in the path that's lain-
Though it may not match the one behind you.

Be refined by the fire -

With every door closed,
A new one will open-
Be alert of the blessings
Poured out before you.
Emerge refined -
Polished by the flame.
