There are many different ways to take a timeout but my favorite one is driving in to the nature.
Arrived at the small village at the mountain side, got off the car and see this view...
Priceless...
I see beauty in the mountain. The true beauty that mother nature gives us without condition. I climbed up the mountain, felt the breeze which calmed down my soul.
I pulled myself back from the negativity around and recharge my battery.
Sometimes when you fall, you have to get up and continue. Sometimes you feel like can’t continue, you have to take a timeout and focus just on yourself.
See the beauty around , pull yourself back and walk away.

I need to learn such timeout more effectively like you. Taking time out just to have a breather like what you did is really a great way to calm our hearts and restart our engine after letting it have a break.

So eine Gegend ist wunderschön, ruhig und Gelassenheit kommen da auf. Im Sommer wenn die Wiesen blühen und man auf einer Decke dort liegen kann, einfach herrlich
