How to deal with Pain: A step by step approach

Often in our lives we reach low moments, moment of pain. Sometimes we cry, sometimes we don't. But regardless of how rich or how poor you are, pain always finds its way to the surface. Here is a step by step approach to dealing with pain
ACCEPTING IT
The first step to dealing with pain is accepting it. You will never get over that particular pain till you accept it. Accept that it has happened, accept reality and try to think of logical steps of reason.
EXPRESSION
Expressing pain brings much relief. Most people do this by the expedient of crying but some people require something more. A walk, at talk or even a moment of silence. Whatever you do remember to purge yourself of emotion. This tension could grow within you and cause more harm than good.
MOVING ON
After purging your pain, you must learn to move on. You must leave your pain behind. This is way easier when you have properly purged yourself of this emotion by expression. Leave your pain behind and never look back. It has happened, it can't be changed. Look forward to better days.
