Sedikit cuplikan cerita bertajuk "Kethek Ogleng" cerita berawal dari kerajaan Kadiri. Kadiri terendam pagebluk, rakyat semakin terpuruk, raja pun semakin merunduk oleh keadaan yang membuatnya takluk.
Diwaktu bersamaan, tabiat terkutuk datang membekuk membawa kehausan akan tahta yang menusuk.
