Here's everything new revealed at AMD's Computex 2019 Conference.
AMD's last night computex conference was an absolute win against its main competitor none other than Intel.Last few years was decent and profitable for AMD when they announced the Ryzen lineup of their CPUs but their GPUs on the other hand still lag behind Nvidia.
Giving a very brief description of the main highlights of the conference.
Continuing their Ryzen lineup, they revealed the new 3rd generation of their upcoming CPUs
This new line up contains-
Ryzen 7 3700X 8C/16T
Ryzen 7 3800X 8C/16T
Ryzen 9 3900X 12C/24T
They all have simultaneous multithreading(similar to intel's hyperthreading) and have very acceptable TDPs, but the main attraction was the 3900X.With the price point of only 499$ for a 12 core CPU and giving the performance beyond Intel 9920X which is aprrox double the price of it, this one stands above the all.
Coming to their GPU side , they revealed their long awaited NAVI GPUs with a 7nm structure .
They announced that the new NAVI GPUs will power all the next gen. Play Stations and also announced the AMD Radeon RX 5000 GPUs for PCs which they are claiming to be faster than Nvidia RTX 2070.
All this will be available to consumers from July 2019.
No doubt this 2019 Computex is one the most important and best conference ever for AMD and hopefully they continue this innovative and consumer friendly mindset in the future too.
