The next Apple iPad will have Touch ID and the audio jack

It seemed that Touch ID had reached the hour of final retirement. Instead new rumors coming from the East report that the next Apple iPad "cheap" will still use fingerprints for authentication and not the most expensive Face ID.

There is still a lot of information that is missing in the overall picture, for example it is not clear whether the 9.7 " panel will be kept or the 10.2" panel will be maintained . In any case, due to Touch ID, it will not be possible to limit the screen frames to the maximum.

Integrating Touch ID in place of Face ID would be a mandatory choice to keep production costs low and aiming for an aggressive price for the market. In particular it would be an "educational" product dedicated to schools.

Apple iPad may also have another "novelty" that is the 3.5 mm audio jack that will allow you not to have to use the Lightning (or Bluetooth) connectivity. Even this choice would be due to a view to direct the product towards the school market.

Finally, rumors continue about the possible arrival on the market of the new fifth generation iPad mini . It is now several months that we talk about a successor of the latest iPad mini, not updated for some time. Even now there are no substantial confirmations even though almost certainly Apple has tried to make some prototypes during the last period.

Both the new iPad mini and the seventh-generation Apple iPad, however, will have new processors more powerful than those of past generations.
