Techno-report #01 - Timelapse at your fingertips. (Android)
Today we are opening a new section in @flamingirl that I have titled Technology Report and as its name expresses, we are informing about all the technological advances that arise from the inventions on the part of the science and technology sector, we must be cautious and make the most of this era full of innovations that make our lives more and more practical and comfortable.
Today's topic is focused on app for the Android operating system, a few years ago it was unthinkable to make a timelapse with a smartphone, it was only possible to make these frame videos at intervals of seconds in some video cameras and DSLR cameras that are equipped with software that does the job, today we have the opportunity to download some applications to get the same result. Let's see which are the best applications for Android to make.
Timelapse
TimeLapse is a very popular technique that consists of capturing "fast" events that occur slowly. We are talking about the typical videos of clouds moving much faster, a sunset in less than 30 seconds or a flower opening. This takes time but thanks to this technique, we can summarize it in less than a minute. Giving very surprising results.
Framelapse
It is one of the most popular applications within Google Play, due to the features it offers you can make all the manual adjustments to get a quality timelapse, its interface is very simple giving you greater ease to understand the controls, within the things that can be done: you can indicate that you will have the final video and additional can show the time you will be recording in the top right corner. Applying a basic rule of timelapse, the fewer frames per second, the fewer frames the original video will have.
Lapse It
The number one rival of Framelapse, due to the important and excellent performance it offers in its finished work.
It's even easier to use, and it's great because it allows the user experience to be more intimate and closer. An extra point for this application, within its innovative settings, is the option to choose how often we want to make a new capture, you can also choose the output format of the final video for export. The only point against it is the aesthetics of the interface that is a bit old-fashioned and at times you'll think you're using a very old program. But the rest is a very simple and rendering application.
Microsoft Hyperlapse
This application is not left behind with the time-lapse fashion, only that is intended for professionals. It has an Android version and a Windows version.
One of the star features is its ability to trim, process and share videos quickly and efficiently, in addition to being able to connect to other applications.
At the moment it is in beta and can be downloaded from the Google Plus community.
Time Lapse
One of the most modern applications is Timelapse that is layers of recording in 4K resolution. has functions like in previous versions such as configuring the number of frames per second from 1fps to 50fps, it is only possible to use these app terminals that have 9MPo cameras more.
To access the 4k you have to make an in-app purchase and it only works for some Xperia terminals, it is expected that developers can solve these limitations so that other device can use this application.
The application is free but to record, in 4K you have to make the purchase.
Hyper Timelapse
This is the alternative to Hyperlapse for Android. A very good interface that allows you to record the video first and then advance them to apply a time-lapse effect, you will be surprised with the results.
It also offers once you have exported the video to share it automatically by your favorite networks.
