I think more accurately, the best way to avoid it is to either hide out in the middle of nowhere...or leave the country now...perhaps via a method not likely to be surveiled...yet. That's a pretty scary concept. Anyone that doesn't want to live in an Orwellian nightmare needs to leave...now.
