What is better, buy a new PC or assemble it?

I would say it depends on the individual. If you are an expert in building custom computers, and you know what doing, I would say go ahead and build the pc of your desired specification. However, if you are a novice, and you barely know much about computers and how to build them, don't try to build your own pc. You could end up building a bomb. Preferably, go with an expert to a shop, and let him or her assist you in choosing the right machine for you. Also, before you purchase a computer, have a purpose for the purchase. There are several PCs available, however, each is meant for a purpose. Some personal computers are meant for business purposes, while others entertainment purposes. Computers that meant for gaming and video editing purposes are very expensive compared to business and student machines. So even before you set foot in the shop to buy it, make sure you have a purpose for the purchase. It would be a complete waste of money to spend $900 on a gaming machine only to use it for office word file editing.
