If you were the CEO of a huge tech company and you released a complete redesign of your product that everyone hated, would you revert back to the original style? Or stick with the redesign and hope people adjust?

Snapchat's new update that everyone seems to dislike as well as the release of the iPhone without a headphone jack a few years ago made me begin to think about this. Apple has stayed resilient and have not gone back to a phone with a headphone jack. Time (and stocks) will tell if Snapchat will revert back to their old design after all of the reviews they have been getting.

huge tech companies usually study changes before making them. Sometimes they make right changes sometimes they don't. It depends on why the changes were made and what are the goals and future direction the company is trying to achieve. Apple has been successful in many things. Their goals is to make great products and they succeeded.
