Makes The Lights Flashing

On this occasion I will give tips to make a blinking LED light with 1second break time. This is the first stage we studied sebauah arduino or other microcontroler applications. this time i use arduino uno and an LED light. At the LED cathode pole I put in the ground arduino while the anode pole I give in the port D3 arduino.
