Facebook launches a dashboard for tracking the time you spend in its app

Last week, Facebook's proprietary application Instagram introduced a new feature, which users could see at the time of application usage. Facebook has just released this feature for its main application.

To access this dashboard in the Facebook app, open the app from your Android device or device. Then click the Hamburger icon at the top right and tap Settings & Privacy.

Then go to your time on Facebook. Here you can see the application usage period. Here you can also determine the application usage limit.

This new feature allows users to know how long they spend on the applications.
