The Red Digital Cinema Camera Company is an American company that Offers Super professional cameras and accessories and also the first company to announce a holographic smartphone display which is a 4 view display.
The company is to manu main focus is not just on the new technology they introduced but also on the audio quality, Display quality, and the build quality as well in their Hydrogen Smartphone.

Body Design and Build Quality

Red Hydrogen phone is metal from middle part , while the top and bottom portions are Kevlar weave which provides durability and robustness to phone so now you don't have to worry about breaking your phone if falls from your hands, Hopefully. And Hydrogen also Red has LOGO in the bottom of middle body part which kinda gives feel and look like a jewel. The back image of the smartphone shows rugged body which gives off a premium feel and build design.

Most of the Smartphones features blockish or curved design with straight forward sides but Hydrogen has grips which kinda reminds me of speed breakers it maybe designed to give for the sole purpose of providing a better hold but overall gives unique design to the phone. It could make comfortable on hands for some people or maybe vise-versa for others.



The Phone has Power Button on the right side which also double as a fingerprint scanner and separated volume buttons on the left side probably because of the grip notches. It also has a dedicated camera button on the right bottom side of Hydrogen to take pictures or record videos. The phone has USB-c and a headphone jack on the bottom which they are planning to move to the top, Pretty cool right.

Display

There is pair of Speaker on the front which are likely to be stereo types. The Display Screen will be 5.5 inch super high resolution display. According to the red the display will be easily switchable from 2D to holographic multi-view content, 3D content and games in landscape and portrait and much more. How will the 4 View Display look like?

Obviously it cannot be properly shown on regular display one may have to buy the actual product to see how this technology will look on hands. There have been attempts on 3D displays which did not actually succeed but Red says that they are using entirely different technology than the one already used which will produce high Resolution images, rich in pixels which will not bleed.

Camera

Also the Red smartphone features dual back camera just like all high-end phones. Camera specs are not known so far but since the smartphone comes from a digital cinematography and photography camera manufacturer company if not the best but one of the best smartphone camera is expected at the very least, It may also feature 4k recording and HDR but official specs are still not known.

Other

Hydrogen One will have a 4,500mAh battery, which is among the largest out there which will should last more than a day under extensive use. The phone is confirmed to feature the Snapdragon 835. In regards to the ram my guess is around 4 gb to 6gb. Prices for the Hydrogen One start at $1,195 for the aluminum variant could go upto $1,595 for the more premium titanium version. Hydrogen One will released this year in Summer after following an event scheduled this April.
