If we are not happy, we are missing the shot, we are not hitting the bull's-eye of life because that deep inner longing that is part of human nature is not there by chance. If we feel thirsty it is because our body It needs water and if it is not provided, it deteriorates little by little until it dies. With our thirst for happiness the same thing happens, but in this case who has the need not it is the body, but the soul, and it is this that dies of thirst if not experience the joy of living.
I firmly believe that just as we all have right to water as this is a basic element for life, we also all have the right to happiness, an element basic of the vitality of our spirit. But all right always carries a responsibility; we are the ones
responsible for getting what we need. Someone he thinks he can quench his thirst if he does not go to the tap, to the
source, or buy a bottle? So, why many Sometimes we think that happiness is something that we have to provide others or have to come from outside?
It has always surprised me how some people with difficult circumstances in their lives are shown encouraging and
happy, and others with much better circumstances feel sad and miserable. Do circumstances influence our happiness? Yes, of course, good health circumstances, family, economic and social help a lot, but they are not essential condition. However, what is essential is our attitude and how we approach and we live our lives because this is what ultimately
it leads us to live a happy life
One suggestion: look at your life every day as a gift of which you will be able to enjoy for a limited time and dispose, day by day, to enjoy it.
Life is a gift from the Almighty God and I should live everyday in goodness and to please God . It is only when we put our trust and hope in God and do his will as Christians that we can truly be happy here on earth @sc-telos
If in this life only we have hope in Christ, we are of all men most miserable.

Our happiness is found in Christ and beyond this life!
