TelosDAC - An Introduction
TelosDAC is a decentralised autonomous co-operation of like minded individuals brought together to achieve various objectives in the EOSIO ecosystem. These will include dApp incubation, block production and development of new economic activities for communities in the developing world.
Our goal is to ensure that the Telos community has a supplementary stake in the network by means of a shared ownership in a block producer. We will achieve this by way of gifting DAC tokens to the Telos community.
Our Objectives
Extend Knowledge
We aim to extend blockchain knowledge, technical know how and reach of the Telos Blockchain Network through knowledge transfer, training, education, capacity building and the development of enterprise ready dApps.
dApps and Tools
We will strive to develop community and enterprise dApps on the TELOS blockchain. Our community dApps will be focused on solutions for the developing world targeting the creation of employment and income generation whilst furthering technical awareness in technology with a focus on blockchain.
Extend the Network
The enterprise dApps will be positioned to extend the reach of the network into B2B applications and services. This will immediately provide the blockchain with a larger user base and also influence it’s adoption.

Airdrop Proposal
It is our intention to use as a basis the Telos “Original” Snapshot as proposed in TIP0009 (TIP – Telos Improvement Proposal).
We like this approach as it seeks to reward early supporters of Telos network. We will extend this by ensuring that our snapshot includes only voting accounts. The airdrop ratio is proposed at 1:1 to the Telos Blockchain Network community.

Following extensive consultation with the enterprise market, it was prudent to retain as much decision making capability within the management team as possible. This would ensure that client requirements are easily and flexibly met. Our overall governance framework will follow this theme.
Block production rewards
We will spend block production rewards to achieve our objectives as well as to cover operational costs. We will partner with dApp developers to provide them with resources and routes to market for their products. We are currently in dialogue with two teams of developers that are looking to deploy to the Telos network and will partner with them to bring their projects to the community. It is our intention to ensure the community benefits by way of token airdrops from future projects. Please look out for announcements shortly.

We intend to deploy enterprise grade infrastructure and act responsibly in our block production duties. We will act fairly, independently and sympathetically.
