TenX: The Structural Architecture of the Team Behind the Project

TenX is a Singapore-based blockchain company that makes cryptocurrencies instantly spendable anytime anywhere. It gives people an opportunity to conveniently use their digital assets in everyday life

Introduction

The second aspect of the quote above clearly embodies the long-term goals of the TenX team. Goals which I think will be achieved in less than a decade from today. Why do I think so? It's not just about having a great idea for a project or a product that people demand. Ideas are still ideas until they have been proven to work. For me, behind this innovative idea of issuing ATM Cards and an intuitive wallet is a great way to onboard users into the crypto-space. But it didn't just stop there. I see a lot of experience, insight, dedication and commitment to work as regards the team behind the TenX enterprise, which is something worth writing about. Hence, tonight I shall be looking into the team behind the brand. Hope you get to enjoy it!

An Overview of the TenX Team.

First of all, I think it best to give a general overview of the whole TenX team and discuss the various roles of the team members and departments.

Getting to know how professionals and developed the team behind a project is, is very important to venture capitalists and investors and a lot is expected of them (especially of a team offering new products such as a crypto debit card).

At first glance at the "team" section of the website, one could easily see that the TenX is properly architectured and well-rounded with individuals with loads of expert knowledge and the technical know-how to meet the demands of the field they have found themselves in. Rest assured, the blockchain is yet in its early days and innovative platforms are on the rise every day. Hence, it is very important to have a team of competent and actively engaged people to boot.

The Overall TenX team is made up of exactly 64 individuals ranging from graphic designers to IT experts to Social Media content managers. The team itself is ordered and structured into 10 departments, namely:

Founders
Engineering
Product Management and Design
Compliance, Legal and Risk
Marketing and Communications
Customer Support
People Operations
Operations
Finance
Research and Development

That is quite an exhaustive list of professional departments in an organization. The team is made to revolve around the founders, who co-ordinate and supervise every other department and processes to ensure that standards, quality control, and the right approaches are maintained at all times.

The rest of the team include individuals who play specific roles, and who understands how the blockchain technology works and how it can be applied to real life uses (as in the TenX cards).

The Engineers are made up of tech Wizs that control and monitor the servers and data systems of the corporation to ensure speed and efficiency of tools. They are also responsible for carrying out maintenance on hardware and software should the need arise.

Product management and design team (as the name implies), are responsible for the design and development of working products and services. This team is tasked with the constant development and testing of designed products to make it efficient, safe and good enough for public use. It is very important because this is where quality control comes in. The TenX mobile wallet and Card should work as it was intended and should prioritize client privacy and security!

Compliance, Legal and risks are the team ensuring that each product and services by TenX are compliant to state laws and within corporational boundaries and rights!

After products are designed and are tested to be okay, the Marketing and communications team is responsible for sensitizing the general public and introducing the products to them. They could do this by holding road shows, blogs and bulletins, meetups and summits to discuss and Demo the products, and TV appearances.

Costumer support and People operations are somewhat related because they're the frontline representatives of the Company to the general Public. They have great communication skills and are friendly and accommodating to people.

The Finance team is made up of the people crunching the numbers to ensure that budgets and financial targets are set and met. They also oversee every transaction that comes in and goes out of the company's treasury, as well as keeps accurate logs on the various income streams of the company.

The research and development department is mostly comprised of thought leaders, researchers, visionaries and knowledgeable persons who go ahead to explore other options available for the various processes. They keep the company updated with the latest trend, news and technologies available at their disposal.

While I am not exactly sure if some of the areas of specification (as listed above) of the team members get to overlap, I am very certain that for any business to clearly rise to a world-class standard to represent something innovative that has never been done before, and then go on to constantly cater for the needs of the clients and continually growing community, then a lot of teamwork will be needed, and must be disbursed professionally and effectively. Think about it, Google alone employs thousands of individuals and IT persons across different regions of the globe in order to be constantly delivering quality services with minimal response times. There are several others which include: IOS, Samsung, Microsoft, Goldman Sachs, Sony, Nestle, etc...

Conclusion

In the next few years, Blockchain technology will claim a bigger part of the internet and some of the existing services and methods will be improved greatly upon the utilization of this technology. Obviously, TenX will be a part of that success story because it has positioned itself to anticipate the needs of a decentralized future. Hence, it is very easy to see an ever-expanding TenX team as they keep on improving their products and services to allow for mainstream scalability and adoption with time.
