Hello everyone how are you all doing? I hope fine. So I am back with a diary and it is my first post in #STEEMCHALLENGE and I hope the journey of this community will grow further. And thank you to @yousafharoonkhan for making this community and starting the contest. And this is my first post for this community contest.

Dear Diary . January 11 2021
It hasn't rained in over 100 days. People were unprepared. Everything got soaked. The rain is always a game changer. I really want to challenge everybody, What do you do with people that are so far gone they don't even realize they're homeless?
A guy named Mark has been existing on the sidewalk at our front door for three weeks or so. His beard and his hair are mingled in dreadlocks. He hasn't changed his clothes in weeks. He gets up out of his soiled blankets and steps a foot away and relieves himself right in front of me. #2 and cleans himself with a paper plate, used! So I revoked his privileges and banish him to the pointless forest. Who do you call?! You can't call the police they'll just give them a ticket and to move on. I mean he's a nice guy. He's very cooperative but he wails. Sometimes its hysterical laughter which morphs into horrific screaming under our bedroom window.
There has to be something for these people. He is only one of many. Who do you call Community Bridges? Thee has to be some kind of help.
