The Hive Weekly Buzz, 04/06/2018

Howdy folk's,

I had an interesting week again, I hope everyone finds something of interest to them each week.
I go searching for it in the different Discord groups meeting different people. Learning new perspectives and dismissing them or trying to embrace them.

Yes! a week has flew past again adding to the history of times gone past, at the time of this posting I expect we will be 164.853, a 5 week term but a 4 week payout period we have risen by almost 10% in SP.
Our members number 92, Fifty members are listed in our Hive Bomb rewards, and 35 members on our curation trail reward.
Our clock count is at 9,999,346 and ticking down.
Any who are wondering what the clock channel in the group is all about. It's my visual of progress. The clock is counting down votes from 10 Million.
Why 10 Million? 1 Million seemed to small and seemed like a target easy to reach. 10,000,000 Seemed like a number if we averaged 1c per vote gained on an average, we would have accumulated a value of 100K to the account, At that point or before, we should be looking to the physical world for some investment opportunities.

In the Discord group I have set up another Channel. "Calendar" I am listing here the places I go, Learn about other's and meet new people. the hardest part is finding time for all the times and the boredom then when none. I am finding this brings new people to the group of various levels in Steemit, variety is a good thing :) The majority of the times and places listed are Curation Trails or Pimp your Posts. Please keep in mind Different groups work with alternative guidelines.

I do not know of where all your walk's take you. On mine, I hear much about what is wrong what needs to change. The what we need to do, why we need to do it. No actual method set out on how to do it. Or doing what will have what consequence or how and why it will. I believe this what this group is structured to do. The biggest difference to our group The Hive and other groups. My ambition to grow is reliant on rewarding you. We are a blueprint in writing Ironing out the creases as we go. Looking forward at obstacles in our way, for the best solutions.
So what's different about us compared every other group?
The votes you give now all count, They count toward the growth of the group SP, toward the rewards you will get, toward dividend shares in a physical world endeavours. This topic is under discussion in the Ballot channel in our Discord Server.

We are growing our number's now. An effort to watch the quality of content posted will need to be established. A deeper curation on the quality of a post will be given. Before trying to find someone qualified to undertake curating the three posts each day. This would be a daily thing, or for selected days.
As we grow. Which we are doing faster than I thought we would. We will need to have our posts hold quality and not posts which have low content/quality content.
There has being very few times where I found it difficult to find a post from a member to promote, but it is not easy at times.
